The new People book from EOS Worldwide came with sunflower seeds and a planter enclosed. Mine are coming up and reminded me of my conversations with 2 Integrators I had this week. These Integrators love the benefits of having a stable Leadership Team where all roles are defined on their Accountability Chart, separation of who is responsible for what and having the right people in the right seats. One said this has changed his life by giving him serenity at work & time at home with family! As I look at the seeds pushing through the dirt, I realize these two leadership teams are similar. It has taken patience and time for them to get to this place. Do you trust that your Leadership Team is growing in the right direction? If not, let's talk! PS.
